Charged easily and is very comfortable in the ear. Good sound quality.

Every thing is great except for the directions. the don't tell you much of anything.Like how to change out the rubber ear plug.

Best headset I've ever had... comfy, good audio, people can hear me. Only complaint, which is significant, is I bought this in April, and as of October, it will not charge or turn on. And lo and behold - looks like there is close to zero support options. Buy another a live with six months lifespan, or go to another model (again) in the never ending search for a good bluetooth headset?

So this is my first day to use this new earpiece/mic. But so far I love it, battery is lasting as advertised and the sound is great I hear all calls, music very clear and crisp. I should not need another earpiece for awhile but when I do I will buy another one of these as long as what I have experienced today continues.

It stopped working and I asked for replacement and they said sure and I didn't need to send the old one back and 3 months later charged me full price for the new one then I had to call and they gave me my money back thank god

This was bought as a birthday gift for my son(30s). He drives 18 wheelers and dump trucks on turnpikes and other heavy traffic areas.He’s had several others before of poor quality, both for noise cancellation and holding a charge. He was expecting the worse, now calls this the best he’s ever had. Holds a charge all day, noise cancellation, the best. Clearly hears those he’s communicating with. “Really good “
