Amazing book, nicely organised overview
Nicely organised overview of the topics (but for all 4 modules not just 2 like the other books). It’s pretty much a more detailed version of the website which is perfect level of detail and the 25 mark plans are very helpful aswell.

A Level Philosophy
This is a pretty good textbook for revising A-Level Philosophy. It is more concise than other books I have consulted and, in a sense, part of its beauty, for it summarises topics and arguments needed for the course in a less wordy fashion than other texts. The book also has lots of guidance for students, with essay plans, practice questions and exam techniques at the rear of the text.In addition, there are module summaries at the end of each section, which are ideal for quick recap and revision. There is also a useful glossary at the back of the book, which clarifies all the essential concepts and terms in simplified language.A shortcoming is that there are few readings included from primary sources used in the text, though the author does provide a full reading list and website addresses where links to sources can be found.I hope you find my review helpful.

The best A level Philosophy textbook
This is a fantastic resource for students of AQA A level Philosophy. It's clear, well laid-out, focussed, and a really practical resource for students and teachers. It is far better than the Lacewing book and is (at last!) a really solid textbook for the subject. Highly recommended.

Fantastic guide
Received today and already know it’s worth every penny. All of the key topics are laid out in such a straightforward way and the author’s writing is so compelling! Will make it so much easier to work out what’s going on in the syllabus.
