What are the ingredients: i know: nacl, k, mg, but what is added for the "citrus flavor"?

Hi! In addition to sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium malate, there is citric acid, natural flavors and stevia added to the Citrus Salt. Stay Salty!

I don’t think lmnt will break my fast via the stevia, according to zero fasting but just wanted to check. also, what are the natural flavors?

It really depends on how you define breaking a fast. But I think that if you define breaking a fast in the sense that you are consuming anything other than water, then yes - all things non-water break a fast. If you're defining it as something like an arbitrary calorie intake threshold, none of the products break a fast. If you're defining it as something containing carbs - the only carbohydrates in the product are from citric acid which is TECHNICALLY a carbohydrate but does not act like one in the sense of something like dextrose or sucrose. If you want to avoid all calories during a fast, I recommend using the Raw Unflavored version, which has no calories. About the natural flavors, those are either distilled or extracted from fruits, roots, and spices and then spray-dried into powder form. The powdered flavors are created through a spray dry process that turns liquid flavors into a fine, dry powder that delivers taste in a blendable and shelf-stable form. Spray Drying involves encapsulating a flavor’s taste through the use of rapidly drying material, including water, flavor carrier, and flavor.

Almost perfect.

Pros: -no fizz or popping when opening up your bottle. -1000 mg of sodium just like that makes life so much easier. -no other supplement has a similar portion per satchet. -enough to last 5-9 weeks. Cons: -why is it spicy? -when opening the satchet you'll cough a lot.

Powder was crystallized and hard in every sachet

When I received the multipack . The salt was all softened and crystallized . Very difficult to use . Must scrape it off the sides of the packet and dissolves in hot water . Not an easy “grab and go option” a so and hoped . I will buy once more review again. UAE

I really like the LMNT electrolyte drink mix but I usually drink the unflavored one. Although the flavored ones do not contain sugar, they have 2 g of carbohydrates and stevia leaf extract. 10 calories per serve. I would but this product again though as a good replacement for sports drinks.
