PC did not work
PC did not work and company would not honor the year warranty. I send it back to them and I had to pay an additional $60 in shipping so they could send it back to me unrepaired. It was sent back to me without proper packing. I know that is not the way I shipped it back to them. They have horrible customer service. They had my PC for over a month before I heard anything from them. They just made up excuses to avoid abiding by their warranty policy.

Nice for the price
The PC is a 10/10. It’s smooth and preforms well on mostly every old title game for example TF2, Csgo, gmod, and afterlife. Averaging 130 FPS, it was easy to setup, and looks amazing. It’s worth the price and powers up quickly with no problems. The color choices were good for the lights and it’s quite silent with a little bit of noise but you’d barely notice and it is not the best for new up class games like cyberpunk, gta, and fortnite. Mostly every other game averaged 75 to 130 FPS with FPS boost overall with the buy. For the price, I’d rate this a 5.

Had some tech issues
Computer arrived in under 72 hrs upon ordering. When turned on the windows was not activated. Called store support and spoke with Jordan who in under 1 hr via email and phone calls got it resolved and working. Insanely fast and great customer service.

That it won’t come in perfect condition
Don’t get me wrong I like the computer for the price that it was but whoever put it together must’ve been a child because it was not built well at all fans make awkward noises a fan on the CPU was a piece of crap damaged case but all in all it’s a computer. Thank you for that but you guys need a lot of work. I don’t know if it was Amazon who shipped it that messed it up or if it already came worked on by a child but it works now I got it going. Just disappointed. Thanks.

Beautiful PC
My daughter loves it. We are working on getting the internet band strength higher. But the PC is beautiful.
