Love it. It reaches a great heat level and it’s very soft

Ordered this to help relieve tension while nursing, and all the other neck and upper back discomfort when having a newborn. It’s been a lifesaver! The weight helps to get the heat right where it’s needed. Love that I can clip it around my neck to keep it tighter on my upper back area. Very comfortable and relieves tension quickly!

It gets warm and I like the positioning of the cord...I just wish that the wrap was a bit larger and went further down the back. It only covers a certain area...so you have to pick which area you want to put it on. One thing I had to figure out is that you have to hold down the button for it to come on. I at first thought it wasn't working. I just wasn't holding the button down long enough. Once on you can cycle through the different heat levels.

I didn't even get a chance to turn this on. Took it out of the box and tried it on. Maybe I should have gotten the medium, but I got large and it was really big. But even so, it just didn't seem to fit well, even if it were smaller. And it seemed a little stiff so it kept sliding off. The back part was longer than I've seen in most of these shoulder heating pads, which would have been nice, but it just hung there instead of coming close to the body. The only way I would have felt the heat is if there was something to tie it around my chest or something. And maybe I got one that wasn't sewn correctly, because the other snap seems to be on the wrong side. So I can't snap the two front pieces together, I would have to fold one of those pieces over, which can't easily be done. Got frustrated and put it back in the box.

So, me and my wife absolutely love this. At the current time there is/was only one size. I made it work for my size by just sliding it on to whatever side. It heats up quickly. I just wish they would make more in different sizes. It fits perfectly for my wife who is 5'3".

I love that it is not only heated, but also weighted. Such a great way to unwind at the end of the day watching TV or reading a book.

UPDATE: After 6months this heating pad died! It won’t turn on. Of course it’s past the return window and the company has not returned my email! Very disappointing. 😭. (I’m revising my review from a 4, to a one. If it doesn’t worth it’s worthless) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Previously, I had a heating pad made exactly like this with 6 settings. It lasted 4 1/2 years with nearly daily use. After it croaked, I decided I needed another one! They work pretty well, comfortable, soft and gets the job done.

Very well worth the money
