Parker IM Rollerball Pen Matte Blue with Fine Point Black Ink Refill (1931661)

Black pen, fine rollerball :good looking, feels fine in hand, good price, writing is smooth.. a wonderful pen so I ordered a second. After a fall I am in a rehab facility and Noone has pens..amazon never fails overnight delivery, pen, pads, etc. Thank you amazon!!

This pen is the best! It has a classic look and feel to it. It is smooth and very comfortable in the hand. I would recommend the fine point, which is comparable to most other medium points. I have another Parker, but this one is my favorite. Using it will put a smile on your face.

This pen has a good solid weight to it, feels solid throughout. The only problem was the ink cartridge, the pen was slightly skipping. It's a good thing that I had read that Parker had a bad batch of cartridges a while back so I bought a new cartridge from Office Max and it works perfectly. The only reason I gave it four stars was simply because of the original ink cartridge it came with. Parker should have changed the faulty one with the right one to begin with. Still, this is a beautiful pen. Don't let other people use it, they'll steal it from you for sure!

Parker makes a great pen no matter which you get. I like a pen with a bit of weight and this one is just about perfect. Writes smoothly, and I have had no issues. Been using Parkers for years and would highly recommend them to anyone. Comes with blue ink which I replaced immediately as I prefer black. Pen is great and do not hesitate to recommend or buy again. Price is just right as well. Can't imagine a more expensive pen writing any better than this

I love the weight and feel of this pen in my hand, and the way it writes, so I would have given it 5 stars except that the ink refill cartridge that is clearly described as coming with the pen, tucked into the bottom of the box, was missing. I’d bought my pen through the resale warehouse (sold and shipped by AMZ) and the product box had been opened before I received it, so perhaps a customer ordered the pen, swiped the refill cartridge and then returned just the pen for a full refund, thus getting a free refill. Not cool. Also not cool that nobody at the warehouse checked to make sure the product wasn’t missing any parts; e.g., the promised ink refill. I chose to keep the pen and placed two new orders to get two ink refills. The first cartridge (black) arrived with no problem but instead of the second cartridge (blue), plus another unrelated item (tea kettle lid) that I ordered, I received two sets of pillow covers. What?? Pillow covers? Maybe the warehouse staff is exhausted from the holiday madness, but, yeah, not cool to not get what I ordered and paid for and then have to hassle with returning something that I did not order and do not want (pillow covers).

The weight of the pen is good. the balance isn't bad either. The Quink refills are affordable. (I do not recommend the 'generic' brand refills as the ink is often sticky and unreliable quantities of ink.) The pen has a major flaw however, in that the front section breaks often at the thread-line. I am on my 5th Parker IM Rollerball pen now because of this.

It is a pleasure to write with you, I am a big fan of of roller ball pens and the way they put ink on paper- just wish I wouldn’t lose them so often
