I bought size small for my twin grandsons who were 7 at the time, but now 8. Lovely quality cozy jackets and good fit. Length was good for my grandsons, but they are average height.

I don’t have the actual measurements, but bought size small for my 8 year old twin grandsons, who are quite slender. Good fit, but plenty of room for extra jumpers etc to be worn underneath. Good quality, very cozy jackets. Hope this might help.
