Nice helmet, blue tooth is whack
Out of the box to a 3000 mile ride. Comfortable, like the function of the visor, sun visor and ability to open the front of the helmet. Drove for hours in wind, rain and even some snow, A+ on all of that. The non-functionality of the blue tooth and audio makes the audio unusable in my opinion. Volume - you can only cycle the volume by turning it up until it reaches max volume, next click goes to minimum volume - that is ridiculous. Yes you can control blue tooth volume on your phone, but then if you should switch over to radio, the volume is full blast. Using a single user interface press and turn for all things audio is also ridiculous, realize they are trying to keep things simple, but too much so. The helmet keeps wind noise down fairly well, but outside noise still to loud to hear audio at highway speeds. Great for going under 50. I was riding solo so have no input on the ability to talk to other riders.

FULL FEATURES! LOW PRICE!
I waited a few weeks before rating this thing. I gave it Five Stars, mainly because of what a killer value it is. It's got all the usable features, and a pleasing shape. The flip-down sunglasses are a nice touch in a pinch. They're easily deployable, but create too much turbulence to ride with the shield up. The liner is removable and quite plush for a lower range helmet. The quick-release ratcheting chinstrap works great. I have a Med. to Lrg. head, so I ordered the Lrg. and it fit perfectly. Snug, but not too. Venting is decent, as is the soundproofing. You can easily hear the sound system at Fwy speed. I won't bag on the sound quality at this price-point. It's plenty loud enough. If you want bass, then buy earbuds and be prepared to pay$$$ I could hear it fine at 80mph even with the visor up, having a stock pipe and no windscreen. The radio is great and remembers your last station. Phone calls must be answered, but they're easy to dismiss if you want. The mike is neatly tucked away. Nice feature! Another great feature is that the Bluetooth unit is removable and not hard-wired in for ease of maintenance. Apparently, the unit comes fully charged as I've been running it for hours the way it came. It has a low battery flashing indicator to let you know when to charge it. And you don't have to remove it for charging. The paint could be better, but at this price... Just keep a good coat of wax on it. The chin-guard latch can be sticky, so just keep a light coat of grease on the latches and strikers and it works perfect, with positive lock-up and release. I've owned a SHOE Neotech and I like this one better at almost a quarter of the price. A SHOE or Schuberth IS quieter and of better quality, but it'll cost you! This thing at $200 is a steal.

Great Helmet but one annoyance
I do enjoy this helmet, it fits comfortable. The color of mat black is great, not shiny good surface to put stickers on the helmet. Love the flip down sunglasses. Bluetooth works great and the sound is great. The one thing from stopping this from getting 5 stars is when the battery hits 25% it will let you know "Battery Low" ever 5 min until it does. The overrides the music and is annoying as all holy get out. It should tell you once at 25% and when you turn on the helmet. I do not need to be reminding every 5 min that the battery is low when I am out riding.

Accident approved
My husband and i bought two of these helmets last week. We absolutely loved them. We thought they ran a little small but we still wore them. All week we rode and they did great. We enjoyed the speakers and the intercom. He was in a motorcycle accident yesterday morning with his and the only thing that saved his life was this helmet. The accident was awful he has a lot of traumatic injuries but his face and head are untouched and this helmet didn’t even barely break. It had a small crack on the side of his face where his head smashed the road and the shield popped off. Believe it or not this helmet held up in the best way it could. I’m thankful to ILM for making such a great product! Other wise my husband wouldn’t be alive right now.

Great Fit, Poor Functionality – Regret This Purchase...
I've been using this helmet on and off for my motorcycle rides, and while it's comfortable and fits well, there are two major drawbacks that make me regret the purchase.1. The Visor:Fogging is a constant issue. No matter what I try—adjusting my breathing, keeping air flowing, or even staying in motion—it fogs up badly every time I wear it. Unfortunately, the only solution seems to be buying a separate $22 anti-fog visor, which is frustrating considering the price of the helmet.2. Bluetooth & Speakers:The built-in Bluetooth system and speakers are extremely underwhelming. The sound quality is poor—definitely not what you'd expect from a helmet in this price range. If you're buying this for the Bluetooth features, I would look elsewhere.Overall, I can’t recommend this helmet unless comfort is your only concern and you don’t care about Bluetooth functionality. The fact that you have to pay extra just to fix the fogging issue is a big disappointment, and I’m not even sure the anti-fog visor will solve the problem.Unfortunately, I can’t return the helmet, so I’m stuck with it. I’ll update this review once I find out whether the anti-fog visor actually solves the issue.

Great helmet
Oh my gosh. It is so good and definitely worth the money. Amazing quality and the noise level is amazing. Only issue I had is I got the wrong size. (My fault) and I returned it and got the next size. This maybe one of the best helmets I ever wore in my life.

Used and and dirty. Absolutely pissed
Is this a joke? Opened the box to find that the product was not only already opened. But used? I fully expect a refund for this. I am absolutely livid. Plus a wine bottle too was in the damn box.
