I absolutely love this sofa! It's a great size, extremely soft, and feels very sturdy. Assembly was overall easy, you just need to have another person with you, specifically to install the seat. That took a little teamwork, but it still took less than 20 minutes to put it together.We had some trouble with Fedex when they delivered it, they put it on the curb of a public street outside of our home, instead of on our property or the porch and the dang thing got taken. We were able to resolve it, as one of the neighbors thought we were tossing it as the box had been super damaged. We reported it stolen in the meantime to the seller, and they got back to us within a couple hours and offered to remedy it whichever way we preferred.Absolutely wonderful customer service. I'm so pleased with this purchase and the company overall.

I bought this couch a year ago and I absolutely love it. The only thing I wish was that it was even longer so that I could lay down and my whole body fits (I am 5'8). I almost fit though so it works well. I have fallen asleep many times on this couch. Merchants get back quickly with status updates or questions.You do need at least one other person to help you move it and assemble it. Currently contemplating getting the matching loveseat. Pretty great product!

This loveseat was easy to put together. Even by one person in their 60s. Is comfortable and fits in my small space nicely.The only two drawbacks is it is low to the ground and the threads in the legs seem to be a larger size than standard so other legs bought to replace the ones that came with it did not work.Customer service for this product seems to be Amazon and while they were responsive, could. It tell me the size of the screws. Told me to measure them myself.

It’s on the small side not like your normal regular sized loveseat. I actually knew this was a small set. it’s great for small spaces. It didn’t come with instructions but was a no brainer to assemble. Only tool used was an Allen wrench. It’s soft and beautiful .

Decent couch, comfortable, not great value for the money.

It was a bit difficult to assemble and we needed help from younger folks. however once assembled it was very comfortable and we love the elegant look of it.

I will be ordering the chair to add to the set, it was easy to put together as well as easy to keep clean and unexpectedly very comfortableStill setting up my new place but I love it

Color matches images perfectly but much much smaller than it looks.
