Has anyone who has an induction stovetop actually bought and used this? Induction stovetops are finicky

The wok is carbon steel and should work on an induction stove.

What is the non stick coating?

There is not a non stick coating. The wok needs to be seasoned before using the first time. The non stick patina will come over time with use if the care instructions are followed. I suggest watching some videos on the seasoning and care of a carbon steel wok on the net.

Can i use metal kitchen utensils with it?

I use metal wok utensils with mine and they work fine.
