Q: Do these come with a manual.....can't see any instructions for using the controls

You need to download the Technics app for configuration. It may also have a Pdf manual.

Q: What are the magnets and lid like on the case? Do the earbuds have a tendency to fall out when the case is dropped? Or are they secure?

No Mark, they are really secure 👍

Q: Do they work with MS Teams?

If the device you are using Teams on has Bluetooth then yes. Headphones aren't app-specific.

Q: The pair i bought will connect to my iphone but not ipad. i have tried many times, anyone else have the same problem?

I have had no issues with connecting the buds to any device. They also connect to multiple devices concurrently - at work I have them connected to my phone and computer at the same time. No issues.
