Mucho comfy backpack
Comfortable straps. The magnetic flap is neat to cover over sunglasses area. The build is nice. Very high quality. I only wish it had a waist strap but its not a big deal. The helmet compartment can be a bit bigger when unzipped but its not that bad.I have a bit of a athletic shoulder and this is real comfortable. The back support is amazing. So only three things I would say negatively is price but it is what it is, a good bag. No waist strap to better secure on the hips when cycling and a bit larger helmet pocket.Other than that. If someone gave this bay 1 star, they’re better off using a Jansport

Great quality
Seriously happy with this...Got this over some other backpacks because my last Thule lasted over 12 years of heavy travel. This one seems tough enough to go as long if not longer. A bit tight, and I haven't traveled with much luggage yet, but it is deceptively roomy. I would say there could be better internal organization, but overall I am happy with this. And l look forward to a long life with it.

Uncomfortable Straps, Magnets Misaligned
The straps are very thin for this size of pack and are extremely uncomfortable. The interior organization pockets are sized nicely, however the placement of these pockets are not ideal and the small pockets in the laptop compartment are so thin as to be unusable. There is also no tablet pocket in the laptop compartment which was an advertised feature; unless the tablet pocket is supposed to be the dead space in-between the laptop pocket and the main compartment. This was disappointing to discover. There is a magnetic flap that has the Thule logo on it which covers a small sunglasses and other small item compartment. There's also a very cheap feeling plastic carabiner in this compartment which I feel could have been a little nicer for the price. The magnet on the right side was misaligned AND the zipper for the compartment was in the way, so the flap never fastened down on this side. If you're going to be fancy and use magnets, at least make sure the zipper isn't in the way and that they actually line up. The magnets are also not particularly strong like those found on some of the Mystery Ranch packs and others.I really liked the layout of this pack in practice, what with the expanding helmet pocket, and while the materials are of a good quality, there are too many flaws in the interior and exterior pocket design and an unnecessary, mis-aligned magnetic flap for a $200 backpack.

The nicest backpack I've ever owned.
My initial reaction to this backpack was that it was obviously nice, but a bit bulky/rigid for my taste. But I quickly got over that. What we have here is a thoughtfully designed bag that is perfect for commuting, but also great for travel. The construction is superb. Heavy materials, and quality craftsmanship. I expect to have this a very long time, compared against almost any other backpack I've ever tried. The material and design help to make this an all-weather pack. HIghly water resistant on its own, basically impervious when using the cover, which stows easily, and adds visibility as a bonus. The interior is soft, with a sleeve for laptops/documents included. We have plenty of pockets, including the external one for easy access, which does indeed also fit a helmet as it expands. The pack is comfortable in walking/hiking, and while riding a bike. The padding in the back also allows for some airlflow, which is great in the heat. The straps are comfortable as well.Other bonuses include the magnetic closure on the top flap, allowing a nice combo of peace of mind that things won't fall out, with super quick access. This is a serious bag, perfect for bike commuting, but also regular urban pedestrian use. I also have made it a go-to carry-on item for travel.

High quality, great color, happy camper
This is absolutely the top-notch quality I’ve come to expect from the Thule brand. I’ve found there’s a huge difference between midrange backpacks in the $40-50 range and backpacks in this over-$100 range. Believe me, the extra money is absolutely worth it. This thing will last a lifetime, no joke. And the color is classic, timeless, and a bit more fun than a standard black backpack. It’s built quite ergonomically and is comfortable wearing for long commutes on the subway. I’m a tall guy, so I prefer large backpacks that can carry as much as possible. I usually roll with my computer, a charger, extra set of clothes, writing utensils, notepads, etc. but I also like to leave extra room in case I buy anything while I’m out and about.I’ve gotten two compliments already from strangers on this particular backpack, so I think I’m sold. This is my new daily pack for the foreseeable future. I’ve yet to try it on a bike ride, but I imagine it’s perfect for that kind of thing, as it hugs the body nicely. If you’re on the fence, I can definitely push you over. Buy this backpack. The green color is to die for.

Good amount of storage
This is a well designed/thought out backpack. All of the main compartments have ample volume for my larger items 15" laptop, notebooks and misc. cords and charging accessories with room to spare. All of the zippers are weatherproof and a bungee type slip over rain fly that works to keep the pack dry. I'm 6-1' and 255 lbs. and the well padded shoulder straps have plenty of room for me with a jacket on. The back of the pack that is in contact with my back is also well padded so I don't feel any poking edges from the pack contents. I can fit two Nalgene water bottles in the bottle storages on either side of the pack.
