What is the size of the bristle part of the brush head?

The length of the bristle area is 1 1/4 inch by 5/8 wide. This was my favorite toothbrush until my dentist introduced me to the Oral-B Gum Care Compact.

I ordered 2 packages of these toothbrushes on 2/8/2021 and never received them, can you please resend them or give me a refund?
