Broke, got it replaced under warranty and it broke again
We purchased this faucet along with a Kraus sink. The faucet lasted 10 months and then the water wouldn't shut off when you turned the lever. It took 3 weeks of dealing with Kraus to get a replacement. You cannot replace the cartridge's on this like you can with other brands the whole flippin faucet has to be replaced. We've now had this installed 2 months and it broke again. Only way to shut off the water is from under the sink. We are upset and fed up and customer service isn't open on the weekends. I'm sure it will be another 3 weeks before the part arrives then we have to replace the whole faucet again. I do not recommend this faucet at all.

Love my new tap!!!
I love love love this tap. It was super easy to install, my husband did it by himself in 30 minutes. It looks amazing and works amazing, it’s pricey but worth the money 100%. Highly recommend

Great Quality and beauty
Installed and performs, better than expected. Our Reverse Osmosis system was connected and using the faucet button for that Alkaline water works flawlessly. Adjusting faucet position is smooth and using flexible hose is easy to use and position as needed. Ordered this while installing a soft water filter system and reverse osmosis system that provides us the alkaline water. This should also help this faucet last for years. Plumber told me this was their recommendation, and sale price made it a great deal.

Mixed opinion
I got mine about 8 months ago. Initially I loved it, but then I noticed my reverse osmosis was coming out real slow one day and normal the nextI spent 2 weeks almost with the filter companies tech support troubleshooting, but then I realized when I disconnected the hose that it wasn’t my RO system at all, it was the faucetToday, the RO part won’t work at all, a few drips. The city water works normal. I can’t see any visual clogs, so I have sent a ticket through their website to see how they can help. So I will try and remember to update how customer service does with a faucet only about 8 months old
