I had a broken latch for my "swing and clean" windows. I recommend carefully measuring your existing latches if you need a replacement, as there are several sizes available. Check width, length, and even the throw length.After confirming the size needed, I ordered these. They were significantly more affordable than some other vendors online, especially for the quantity. It was easy to pop the old one out and the new one in.This fit great, works great, and seems to be of solid quality that it should last a long time. If you need a replacement, these are definitely worth it.

They fit perfectly and were easy to install. The old ones were a little difficult to remove. After I got the first one, the rest went fairly well.

Not a perfect fit but for 20 year old windows what can you expect! Slides into the window perfect but there’s a little overhand on the latch. Put it in a vice, used a small coping saw, and trimmed what wasn’t needed or interfered off. Works as it should until we get our window replacements. I would recommend if you’re willing and able to do a little modification. The price is worth it.

Worked perfectly on my MI windows.

The size and position of the latch is exact to the eye however once you put it in you barely can move the latch. Had to file a bit so it could move freely.Other thing is the latch itself it's about 1 mm off to outside. Had to make adjustments to get into the track. Once it's in it's fine.I assume the part is a tiny bit off overall so the ease of installing it takes a bit of work

We had several that were broken in our 16 rear windows, and we needed a replacement before winter. I found these, and saw the reviews that some people needed to modify them... i thought "I can do that"... but in the end, i was able to remove the old version (that screwed in from the side) and slide these into the old position. These slid in very easily, and while they didn't need any screw to hold them in, they worked perfectly, and were an exact fit for the need. In the end, these were perfect for me. I purchased a set of 10 pair, and have already replaced 4 pairs worth. still have more for future breakage as needed.

Wrong size no good

These fit well in the MI windows in my house to replace several that were broken. Seem as well made as the originals and work as they should.
