Q: Does the green make it slower,this has only 3 1/2 stars whereas the exact same red has 4 1/2 stars.

Yes it makes it about 10 mph slower. This is due to the green pigment being heavier than the ionic bond of the orange paint. The physics professor who left a lower review quantum tested them in his lab and determined the green to be less efficient.

Q: Does it come with all? Remote and lithium batteries for the truck?

It comes with the remote. But no lipo batteries or charger for them.
