Who was gonna tell me that the padding WASNT included

Llegó antes de la fecha en bolsa cerrada con etiquetas, es muy cómodo sin embargo no es lucidor ya que separa y se ve como los bras de los años 50, pero para el día a día con el uniforme está bien, no lo recomiendo para para usarlo con blusas que quieras lucir.

Strap rubs my skin at the back around the plastic ring area making it very uncomfortable

A t-shirt "full coverage" bra should have some padding. These have none. I'm a 38 DD or DDD and these provide ample support. However, there's no padding at all. If you don't want "everything" to show, choose another bra.
