This is my second purchase. The first roll I purchased was used to put down thick plastic over the first story of our 2 story garage build to protect the second story subflooring during the winter work hiatus. It was very durable and worked great to keep the seams sealed up even with standing water. We are now using the rolls from our second purchase to seal the house wrap and around window installations. The wide tape is much easier to work with than the narrow "Ty***" brand name tape, has great adhesion and is at a better price point. I would definitely purchase yet again.

This 4" wide vapor barrier tape exceeded my expectations. It sticks extremely well, creating a strong, reliable seal—exactly what you need for moisture control. One of the best features is that while it's tough and holds firm, you can still tear it by hand without needing scissors, which makes installation quick and hassle-free. It also blends in nicely with standard vapor barrier sheeting, giving the whole project a clean, professional look. Highly recommended for anyone working on crawl spaces, basements, or any other vapor barrier setup!

First off, let me tell you that I made the mistake of buying 2 other brands before I found this one. I had 3000 square feet of radiant barrier that I needed to tape the seams. This brand worked great, and I ordered multiple times after that. I could think of so many uses for this tape you could tape somebody up with this stuff, just saying. Lol.The adhesion of this tape is great! I’m very happy with this tape, and I would definitely order again( maybe for a different reason.

I am so incredibly impressed with this seam tape. We purchased plastic vapor barrier and I needed high quality seam tape that would actually stick to the foundation blocks in our crawl space. It definitely sticks. I think it sticks better than gorilla tape! Seriously!I am 100% recommending this seam tape.

Even though I had a few areas that the heavy duty tape did not bond well, I still would probably repurchase. I used the tape in a crawlspace encapsulation to re-tape some areas that had previously been taped. Tape is thick and hard for an old lady like me to pull from the roll. I had to use scissors to cut tape.Tape is thick & sticky and did bond in some areas but didn't do well around a column sitting on concrete. No moisture was on the concrete when I tried two times to tape column area, however, tape did not adhere. Price of tape for the quality was good in my opinion.

Great tape! I used it to seal the 20mil plastic on my crawl space and it was super easy to use. I recommend it!

I used several rolls of this Crawlspace DIY seam tape in my crawl space encapsulation project. This stuff worked extremely well and has a strong affinity to the poly vapor barrier I used. The tape went down well and adhered very well. I used a solid 10 mil vapor barrier so the surface was very smooth making it easier to apply the tape. As with any tape a dust free substrate is desired for the best adhesion. I also smoothed over with a cloth to improve contact with the barrier. This Crawlspace DIY tape is highly recommended. BTW keep some on hand for repairs.

We encapsulated our crawl space using DIY Ninga materials. This tape was incredible. The adhesion and durability was amazing. We were able to effectively overlap our various barriers with confidence. I’ll be using this product for a few additional purposes in the near future.
