My son suggested I try these after experiencing a shift in memory. I have used them for a year now and can honestly say ( at 67) I have a better memory than I had before. So I have been experiencing significant memory issues, so much so that writing things down wasn’t an option. It wasn’t an option because I’d forget what I was thinking before I could even write it down. Not everything but a lot and even shows or movies I just watched were forgotten. If I watched them again it was like seeing it for the first time and nothing was familiar from it. My sons would always ask why are you watching that again, I didn’t want to say because I remember nothing from the first time.So I searched for things to help and Lions Mane came up. I’ve ordered a couple different brands, including this and noticed a difference within a week or two. I know it isn’t just me hoping it’s helping because my family has noticed too. That I’m not forgetting things as much or repeating myself anymore. I’m not saying this is a miracle pill in a bottle, nor am I paid to say this, like I said I’ve had good outcomes with another brand too.Instead I’m writing this in the hopes my review helps others. I also bought Lions Mane for my father and wife’s mom in the hopes it can help them too. I hope the effects don’t lesson with time, because so far this has helped me significantly. Again, I do still forget things but no where near as much and can think about shows/movies I watched and remember scenes I really enjoyed.
