Great product and wonderful value for the money!
I have used this for over a year and am still highly satisfied! I only drink distilled water and this does a great job. I am happy with my purchase and am considering purchasing a second one, because I am drinking more water now! This is easy to use and is a great value for the money!

Excellent
Agtec Hydrocycle Water Distiller Used daily for 5 months - no problems. Makes1 gallon enough for me & my big dog 4 hours = 1 G. The unit heats up a room. Easy assemble. Stainless steel/glass are the only materials water contacts - no plastic. There's a crust of residue grime buildup inside the container after each use that easily comes off with vinegar. This is a solid well made unit - no rattles/funny sounds. I highly recommend. Will update - any changes.

Excellent customer service; Distiller makes great tasting pure water
Excellent company to deal with. FedEx messed up and Agtec customer service addressed the issue immediately so we actually received the item earlier than expected. The distiller works very well and seems well made. Did the first run through to clean it as stated in the instructions and then made our first drinkable batch. It tastes so fresh - what I imagine pure rainwater tastes like (without all the junk that now pollutes our skies). Looking forward to years of fresh tasting pure water.

Works as advertised
This machine makes distilled water. I don't know if it is cost effective after running for 4 hours. I do know it is certainly less expensive and less frustrating than driving or calling all over town to find it!
