POWER GUIDANCE LAT Pull Down Attachment Tricep Rope Pull Down Attachment Cable Machine Accessories for Home Gym Weight Fitness

I'm attempting to transform my garage into a home gym because going to a gym intimidates me, and someone is always using the equipment I need, so it's a waste of time and money. One of the items that I needed to perform my workout was this triceps' extension rope.This rope is 33 inches long and has great grips. It is a major upgrade over the previous model I used, and the grip is secure and comfortable to hold. This is ideal for crunches, face pulls, and triceps pull-downs. It is reasonably priced, well-made, and durable, and I believe it will last a long time.

All the games I go to have a rope attachment that looks different, but they all get stolen. I got this because it looks different than the standard attachments. No one will ask me if I am " done with that yet". Performs as expected.

Use these everyday on our at home cable machine!

This is nice for my at home gym cable machine but it seems a littleeee cheap so idk how long this will last. So far so good though

I needed a smaller bar for my Bowflex to do upright rows. Plus this little bar ads some weight. Love it!!!

Big improvement over the rubber ball with screw in the end that comes off. This grip feels secure and will never come off and less grip strength to hold.

I was so impressed after receiving these three attachments and unpacking them. They are all super heavy duty and feel exactly like attachments I'd find at a gym. I sold my lap pull down machine a couple years back. I just realized that I have a cable crossover and could still use my cable crossover for some back work. But I sold my lap pulled out attachments with my lap pull-down machine. So I took a chance on these and I am so glad that I did. The swivels on these work perfectly. I actually like the tricep push down rope better than the one I had because it's not as thick as the one I have. This one is far more maneuverable. The widest lap pulldown bar has the Olympic grips on the ends or you could just grab inside of them for standard lap pulldowns. Their grips everywhere for different grip positions. The second lap pull down attachment works great for tricep push Downs but also can be used for rose. My cable crossover machine has clips on the bottom so that I can use the shorter attachment for cable curls or for seated rows. This is a high quality set and I couldn't be happier with it. Is that exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it if you're reading my review.

Mi opinión se basa en mi uso en casa, en un rack con poleas que usamos 2 personas a diario, pero no es un gimnasio por donde pasen 1000 personas diariamente, por lo que el desgaste y uso es muy bajo.Lo primero que sorprende en cuanto lo tocas es el peso que tiene. Es muchísimo, lo que significa que es maziza y que va a aguantar las fuerzas que le metamos en el gimnasio, lo cual es súper importante.He tenido otras que daban una sensación horrible de debilidad y esta es todo lo contrario.Es super cómoda para todo tipo de ejercicios es polea, grosor adecuado y las gomas suavizan el tacto, lo hacen más cómodo y que el agarre no se te vaya ni patine la barra.Además las puntas redondeadas hacen que la mano no tienda a salirse de la barra.Lo único es que habrá que ver cómo van envejeciendo las gomas, que normalmente acaban dándose de si. Si sucede actualizaré mi opinión.Además te incluye dos mosquetones que yo he usado tanto para esta barra como otras que tengo sin problemas. De momento todo aguanta bien.Además a un precio realmente competitivo, por lo que yo lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Fantastic rotating straight bar for the price very sturdy and does what it says on the Tin I can’t fault it. Used it about 5 times now it would take a lot to even try break it it’s well made and heavy doesn’t feel cheap so I’m very happy with the purchase.
