Q: What size are these.? 140 mm 120 mm etc?

They are for 92 mm fans -- like on the NH-9Li, NH-9La, or NH-9x65/

Q: Is there a model for 120mm fans?

The Fan Duct Kit was specifically for the NH-L9 CPU Coolers which are low profile. Haven't seen a 120mm version. The Fan Duct works very well on the NH-L9 coolers, sealing out warm air from inside the case and only allowing the cooler outside air in. I have a tiny AMD build in a 4 liter case, and the Duct kit helps keep CPU Temps in the 95 degrees (39C)
