I ordered this poster twice and got majorly disappointed both times.The first arrived eight days after I ordered it which is quite a bit longer than most other items take, but I knew this in advance and thought it's worth the wait if I get a nice picture to tie the room together.My immediate thought upon unpacking (the box it came in was great I have to say), though, was 'this has got be a bit of a joke'. The entire image is a little blurry and there are numerous vertical lines around the poster, so it looks like something I would have attempted to print at home in the late 90s with a cheap printer that was overwhelmed with the print job.When I messaged the seller about this, I received the following paragraph:"I'm so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we want to make things right for you.To ensure that you're completely satisfied, I've issued you a full refund for the order today. Please note that it may take a few days for Amazon to update their records and for the refund to appear back on your original method of payment.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we want you to know that you do not need to return the damaged item. You can dispose of it as you see fit. If you still need the item, a new order can be placed through Amazon at your convenience.If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'm here to help and want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your shopping experience with us. Thank you for your business."They also refunded me the money straight away.So I gathered it might have been a once-off and wanted to give the seller and the product another chance ordering a new one. And guess what... the second one was of the exact same bad quality and when I wrote the seller yet another message, I was greeted with the same paragraph as before.Do not buy here, it's just time wasted for posters you wouldn't even put up in your garage. On top of that, the customer service is essentially non-existent and bot-operated.
