Yes, mine came with a USA power cord.

Q: Will this model 1900 also work on a vintage 1969 omega stopwatch?

Yes, as long as the watch fits in the jaws of the microphone, it should work. I’ve found that, for some larger pocket watches, it’s necessary to uncase the movement to fit it in the microphone.

Q: What's the diff between this model vs timegrapher no.1000 from swansoft?

From what I can tell, the main differences are a larger, color display and additional auto- and manually-selectable bph rates. Most of the additional beat rates only exist in very rare movements, however the 25,200 setting is useful for newer coaxial Omega movements.

Q: Will this test small clocks with balance wheel movements?

This unit will test a large pocket watch. If the clockface is that size and shape, it may work. It depends on the ability of the holding device to clamp the clock face. You can try an acoustic tunning pickup and the ClockMaster phone app.
