What is the difference between the white hot and the gold hot?

I did not buy the white hot, so I don’t know… I bought the Gold hot and the green (the original) I love the green so much more than the gold and in all honesty, the Gold hot is not as strong as the green. It took a little longer for the Gold to take effect, but they both are good I enjoyed and love both of them, I found myself quite often to mix and use both of them together

What’s the difference between the “original “ and the “new” bottle?

I can't tell any difference, the original's always looked to me more like a miniature capped jar than a "bottle," nor do I care so long as the balm's therapeutic quality stays the same.
