Q: Anyone have a review that did not get a free pillow?

I like the dark pillow,it is more firm then the one that i had.

Q: Is this a king size pillow or queen? because one part on here says queen and the description says king.

Q: I can’t tell the difference between the top part that has the gel and the bottom side of the pillow, how do I tell?

Unfortunately this is the same thing I have been wondering. But it does seem that the side that has the gel layer also is thicker you can see and feel the difference. But this is pretty ridiculous that they don’t have something identifying one side from the other. I am going to contact the company and I think that’s the best way to go.

Good night sleep

Love this pillow! It supports my neck and head and I’m not ever adjusting it like I did my old pillow. I have the Mattress topper so they both work fantastic to make sure I get a good night sleep!

Ordered King 6 times, received queen 5 times

Let me start by saying on 3 occasions, I ordered 2 KING pillows. The first 4 pillows delivered were QUEEN. The 5th was finally the correct KING, and the 6th pillow was, you guessed it, a QUEEN.Dormeo, please, ship the correct item as the Amazon customer service team is terrible at grasping the issue.The only thing more pleasant than this whole ordeal is having a brick as a pillow.You’re lucky these pillows are so comfortable because I keep trying to give you my business.

Cannot tell much differences

I see that this pillow packs into a lot of design and technology in it judging from the product description and the "ventilated Recovery Foam". I have been using a memory foam pillow for years now. I really cannot tell a huge differences between this one and that one. I didn't "fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and wake up completely refreshed". Price is quite high for a pillow. You may want to give it a try to see if it does wonder to you.
