Replacement product was decent
Good product but was first sent a broken one with the water cup missing. The replacement came after more than a week by when the cold was already cured.

Helpful when needed
This product was better than many others I tried,which starts leaking after few uses.also it doesn’t spit hot water on the face like some others do,which can burn .also it’s good for rough use and long time use too.
