I love that I can strap it wherever I need heat/ice and it won’t move. The ice pack is a great bonus too. 2 things that aren’t great: 1, the cord often falls out of place from the heating pack while in use —it doesn’t secure itself well enough; and 2, the heating feels inconsistent, sometimes it feels too hot on the highest setting and sometimes it feels like it’s not nearly hot enough on the same setting (both on my wrist).

I have a torn meniscus in my left knee. Pain goes from 3 to 8 daily. I have been doing RICE for months now. This brace comes with a gel pack and the heat has allowed me to get comfort after being up all day. The gel pack is a standard size, I will be rotating heat/cold daily now.

This is a good product. However, unlike me, you can save yourself roughly $90 if you purchase this at Canadian Tire. ($50). I saw it on the shelf today and now I feel ripped off.

It's doesn't gives you the proper heat. Waste of money considering you can't return it to buy another product. I just can't believe I spent $80 on this. It's should be a returnable item if someone didn't get benifit from the product.

Both the heating element and flexible frozen pack were very helpful in easing my knee pain. With the heat, I was able to get pain relief and actually sleep well for the first time in days.Sleeve was tight, but I’m a larger guy. Occasionally, the degree of heat would vary…sometimes hotter than others. Other than those two items, I’m very pleased with this purchase.
