I could not find this stuff in the grocery stores or my local baking supply shop. They sell gelatin sheets a few at a time and for a much higher price. This large box is the best value, I can make thousands of gummy bears from it, and the kids love them.

The last time I bought it was 2017. Even though it is expensive but it lasts. I am not a heavy baker but I make pies every single holiday for my fellowship and potluck gathering. The quality is good.
