Wish I had a bit more knowledge on the proper use for the tool

Loved it so much it killed me when I accidentally lost it. I literally spent the better part of a day looking for it. R.I.P., you will be missed. But for real, one of the best glass files I've seen on the cheaper end. 10/10, would nail- BUY! Would buy again.

Works great for cleaning up nub-marks/gate-marks on plastic models. You'll need to clean out the plastic dust periodically... I use some mastic putty (Blu-Tack) to clean it out, works great.

First time using a glass file for model building and I gotta say I love it. I haven't used other glass files so I have nothing to compare to, but for the price it's an awesome tool. Really cleaned up nub marks well. The only downside is that it seems to get kinda clogged up after a bit of use so I had to clean it fairly often during my build process.All in all, I would recommend this file for someone who has never used one before.

If you like precision in your shop. Lately, I have been working with 3d printing with a glass base plate. You can put a glass finish on PLA with these. You can polish acrylic edge. You can clean these. They have become very useful and often used in my maker shop. Great value. Great function.

I'm not an expert at Gunpla but the difference this file makes is great! Removes material and buffs, to an extent. Its not a cure all... still have to take the normal steps when removing nubs but this makes finishing a piece alot cleaner. Only down side is that you have to clean it off regularly. But its worth it.

I bought this mainly for clear color parts for my gunpla but I also had a Raser origin by newtype which worked a lot better than this glass file

The media could not be loaded. Super duper fine, you can even file clear plastic pieces and it doesn't leave any scuff marks. Mirror finish. Worth every penny.
