I've been using these timers for over a year now, especially when I have Christmas lights in the house. It's so nice to have them on timers so they automatically come in at a certain time. These are also nice because you can switch back and forth from timer to always on. They are very easy to use and adjust the timer settings.

I am in love with these timers! I bought them a year ago for some Christmas lights hang in my windows, at the time I only had two windows with lights, this year I expanded and got a Christmas tree. I love these timers, however they might not be for everyone meaning you may need to keep the instructions around just to remember how to set the times, its easy to figure out if you give yourself 5 minutes to mess around with them but I keep the instructions in the box I keep them in just in case. You are able to pick times up to every 30 minutes which I definitely appreciated. The second thing is because they are a timer, they literally sound like a timer meaning there is constant clicking, it isn't too loud but if you're sensitive to sound you will definitely hear all the clicking all day, everyday. But I do not mind, I do not hear them unless I am listening closely or their is dead silence. Another issue you may run into is the positioning of the outlet on the side of the timer, it would have been nice if there was an outlet on either side of the timer rather than just one side because you either have to do some maneuvering or planning on where your plug in is going to be located, the majority of mine became a close, tight fit or inconvenient to where it covered up several outlets on my power strip. But I made it work and I am still very happy with how convenient they are. Highly recommend for quick, easy timers needed.

Next time I'm sticking to digital timers. These weren't hard to set up or program but they are very fragile/sensitive. If anything hits the side of it where it switches from always on or to timer on it will switch from what is programmed. I had to reprogram it several times. Also if anything falls on the push buttons for times to program it same thing. It's just very sensitive compared to other manual times I used in the past.

Works very well. We use it for indoor lighting. Very easy to use. Compact.

Works well for my light in the foyer. I gave it excellent due to the fact it does everything you would expect it to do!
