At nearly half a century of living life I have finally discovered that in order for me to take a daily vitamin or supplement is to put them into gummy form. Give me all of the gummy, chewy, and fruity supplements. This one has no detectable medicinal flavor, just shockingly and almost too sweet. I have only taken them for a week so I have clue of their benefits. I will update in a month.
