These boards were great and the attachment made the board go even faster!! The kids have so much fun rolling around the neighborhood!!

The product is beautiful and is a quality overboard. It was somewhat hard to assemble since I did it alone. It goes very fast and the lights are really pretty. This was purchased for a 10 year old girl.

Bought these for my 11 and 12-year-olds. The battery only lasted for maybe 20 minutes. I guess it was due to their size? Not worth the purchase. We returned them but are still waiting for the money to return to our account.

Great quality and good value. Comes with a nice seat for kids that don’t have great balance. Super easy to learn how to use as well. Most adults can use it since it has a high weight limit.

I bought this product for my daughter for Christmas. The battery went bad very quickly. I understand production. Things happen. The important part is that this company stood behind their product and offered a full refund. There's never a guarantee on any product but when the company is as customer oriented as this one, you'll never lose. I'd buy another product from this company in a second. Overall this is a good value and works great. But installation without scanning the QR code to watch the YouTube video is not recommended. The written manual is awful and doesn’t include multiple steps for installing.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin and it's amazing. The colors are also pretty, vibrant, and have great control on the hoverboard. Overall, I think this is easier to maneuver than other similar hoverboards. My cousin loved it. I tried it once. I loved it, too.

They give you extra straps. Regular use will cause the straps to break and they don’t last. Now I am looking for more straps. The straps rubs against the concrete. Unless we are doing something wrong, I need to know. My granddaughter can’t ride because we need more straps!

Still waiting for our return to be refunded(sent back on January 7).Hover board was great for a couple weeks then all of a sudden the unit itself would get really hot during use and also during charging. We were afraid to keep it plugged as it got so hotWill update on how the return process was once we receive our refund

Worked great for 4 months and now stopped charging. Even tried buying a new charger - still doesn't work... my daughter is so disappointed...
