My head used to get hot and sweaty and I would constantly be rearranging my regular pillow, waking up with an aching neck. Not any more, I love this pillow; gives neck support where it needs it, I am mainly a side sleeper, so the hole on the middle keeps my ear from feeling squashed, material is breathable and comfortable. I did not think I would use the side hand holds, but it actually helps rest the arms in a more relaxed position. My dad is so picky about pillows, so I let him try mine for a couple days (while I had a sore neck again with a regular pillow); he was convinced, so I bought a second one and he is sleeping so much better now. I definitely recommend it

My honey is an electrician and I work in tech. Because of our careers, we have a lot of daily strain on our neck and backs which results in constant pain. Most of the times it’s a dull pain that we can ignore, but sometimes the pain is really bad and impacts our mobility for a few days. During one especially painful period, we looked up videos from physical therapists who suggested ways to improve sleeping by placing pillows in certain places to keep your neck, shoulders, and back aligned. The quest for a good pillow is what led me here. I purchased two pillows, one each for my honey and me. When they arrived he was laying down with a really bad headache from the horrible neck and back pain he had been experiencing due to that week’s work. At first he was skeptical. He insisted on putting a pillow case over them before trying it out. I thought I would need a weird size, but was pleasantly surprised that a traditional pillow case totally worked. He said it was cool, but he will see if anything changed to see if the pillow was worth the hype. It has now been 3 days since the pillows arrived. We have slept on them for 2 nights now. Let me tell you, this pillow is the bees knees. I feel like my neck is actually healing- which is nuts! You never realize how accustomed you can be to an injury until the pain actually subsides. I have increased mobility in my neck without taking any pain relievers or doing any massages. I just slept on this pillow. I asked my honey about how his body felt, and he said that though he is still in a pit of pain, he is feeling a lot better. That is AMAZING!!!! To whomever came up with this pillow design, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!!

I'm a back and side sleeper with minor scoliosis that makes me prone to cricks in my neck/upper back, especially if I've been sleeping on a bad pillow. I've only been using this one for a few days so I'm not sure yet if it's "the one" but it's pretty good and unlike any other pillow I've tried. PROS: - Love the dip in the center which cradles my noggin perfectly and keeps it from rolling when I sleep on my back. When I roll onto my side I can shift slightly to find the perfect height. Regular pillows of uniform height are always either too high when I sleep on my back or too low when I'm on my side. - I sometimes sleep with my arms overhead and the weird cutouts on this pillow are a nice place to put them. It also just looks hilarious and reminds me of the demogorgon from stranger things. CONS: - I wish the lowest part was just like a centimeter lower. I feel like my head is just a bit too raised when on my back. Personal preference is to lie a little bit flatter. But I was using a way-too-flat pillow right before this so it may just take some getting used to. - The foam is a bit stiff but I imagine it will soften with time. Had that chemically foam smell out of the box but dissipated quickly once aired out.

Nothing wrong with the pillow. It's just SO big, it'sore for a tall man. I'm a short woman and the pillow is so thick I can't use it even on a side sleep. I gave it to my husband to use until the foam wears down. The last one I bought was just fine for my size and my husband bought me this new style and it is just too huge.

Lovely felt it working on my spine. Better to use a pillow under feet for more comfort.

Don't get me wrong its comfy but being a long armed guy I can't even use the spots for the arm and whenever I use it I wish it was slightly thicker because it feels like my head isnt getting it's full support and the neck is getting to much support and has started to cause me to wake up with not being able to turn my neck a certain way on 2 separate occasions which the first time was 2 days after receiving it and then I waited about a month and made sure my neck was fine before I tried it again and it happened again within a week after giving it another try where I noticed the pain starting again but thankfully I stopped before it got as bad as the first time but it's just not thick enough in the middle and it has caused more pain then what it was supposed to help

Second time buying this pillow a few years later. I love this pillow so much. It’s the perfect firmness and holds it shape incredibly. I can’t sleep without it now, it helped with my neck pain tremendously

my 22 yr old son has complained about his neck for awhile and his girlfriend's mother said she uses this so we got one and he loves it. he's 6'2" and goes to the gym a lot and used to game a lot on his pc so i don't know if the pain is related to his height or him lifting weights or from him gaming or who knows. but he said this pillow has helped him to sleep better and it wasn't something he had to get used to using. he said you lay on your back and he will end up still on his back when he wakes up and he said although it looks very lumpy, it's quite comfy and you don't feel like you have big lumps underneath your head, which honestly is how it looks to me. he likes it so much that even though i don't have neck issues, he said i should get one too. it just looks too odd to me and i am happy with my current pillow so it's a no for me. but he's very happy with it and when he sleeps over at her house, he will actually take the pillow with him. the mom in me only suggestion is they should make nice pillow covers for it.
