I bought this tart cherry juice concentrate for the health benefits, especially the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory support. Absolutely love this! My husband and I have replaced our occasional wine nights with this tart cherry juice mixed with flavored seltzer water. The taste is delicious, and I've actually noticed improved sleep since drinking it regularly (tracked with my Oura Ring). Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, healthy alternative to alcohol.TIP: Make sure you leave the seal at the top of the cap! Or else the bottle will leak every time you shake it. This stuff is gangsta. Taste soooo good and will send you to the bathroom ASAP to flush all that waste outta you. It's concentrated so be careful. This stuff is sour cherry on steroids. It's tastes like what you want it to taste like. I only use a tablesspoon for half liter of water. It taste's nothing like something fake. You know it's real fruit juice and the sweetness is there along with the sour. It tastes so good. I was initially offput by the look of the bottle. It looks like something old prune juice people drink. I think they should change that. But its so good. And the natural sour cherry flushes your kidneys and liver so clean. That alkaline lemon kinda liquid you use when you wash your chicken with lemon and vinegar and then look at all the fat that drains off after your'e done cleaning your your meat. That's what this stuff feels like inside your body.

I just started taking this, but so far it is doing what it's supposed to do! I am on a medication which has side effects of swollen joints and nerve pain. The first medication I took in the same family I had to quit because of the side effects, so when the doctor prescribed another med he said to try the cherry concentrate. No side effects! No swelling or joint pain, and my sciatica feels much better. I don't love the taste, but I can get it down. I mix it with cold water and ice and nurse it over a half hour or so every afternoon. I don't find it helps me with sleep, but the other benefits are undeniable!

The price is all over the place lately (Fall 2022) due to - well you know why. Anyways. The flavor is good. I usually purchase another brand out of Washington State the I find much better, but their supply has dried up. This company is a marketing company who just buys other peoples products and resells. Nothing wrong with that, but they are not the farmers. So the product can vary from month to month it seems. I will probably buy again though because there are so few options for real tart cherry concentrate.

It loosened my stiffs joints only five days after I started drinking it! I've been drinking 20ml per day for over five years. I stopped drinking it once to see what would happen, and my stiffness returned in a few days. Back to tart cherry concentrate, and the siffness was gone.

Easy to mix, tastes just as good as the bottled juice and much more economical.
