Q: Are batteries on both, parent unit and baby unit recharchable? Can it be used via direct power?

Hi - Only the parent unit has a rechargeable battery. The baby unit of the VM3252 has to be plugged in to power at all times to work. Thank you!

Hi - The lullaby plays for 30 minutes and stops automatically. Thank you for your interest!

Q: Can you turn off the loud beep that it makes when you adjust the sound buttons on the parent control?

Kathleen - No, the beep on the VTech VM3252 that can be heard while adjusting the parent unit volume can't be turned off. Thank you!

Q: Why does the charging light not shut on the monitor after adequate amount of charge time ?
