I'm new to the super Mario Lego kits and so are my kids, they are just starting out.For £8.00 at the time of this review I feel this is well worth the money to add to your growing collection.It's brilliant how far technology has come and these interactive Lego kits are a brilliant way to get kids playing with real toys again even if there is a screen involved.Overall for the price you won't be disappointed but please note this is an add on and so depending on what you already have you may need other sets to make this work.

Propeller Hat crossed with a clown?
The media could not be loaded. First things first, you need a Mario figure to work with this and ideally Bowser Junior. The good news is if you decide to invest in the Mario Starter Course the Bowser Junior figure is included in there. Unfortunately to get Mario to work with the set you will need to download the app and then sit through the update process. For me, it was definitely worth it as these Lego Super Mario sets really are such a lot of fun to play with.This is a pocket money set and contains the Clown Car (with it's dinky little propeller) and a Bob-Omb. Everything is pre-printed so no stickers to fiddle with and has instantly recognisable bright colours. Fairly straightforward build following the instructions online (no instructions are included in the set) and is a fun addition to the existing Lego Super Mario sets.I love the propeller noise when Mario is in the Clown Car - it made me smile A LOT. For Super Mario Lego fans
Great add on item for Super Mario and Lego fans building the expandable Super Mario set (separately available). Excellent quality and detail as expected from lego, the only thing to bear in mind with this type of expandable set is that everything can add up with the more you add on. This item in particular is £8.99 (at the time of review) with the main starter set costing around £35-40.
