A nice step up from the old fan/light
I would agree with some of the other reviews, replacing an existing fan with this one can be a bit more challenging as this one is designed to have full access from the rafters below with the ceiling opened. With some planning the installation challenges can be mitigated if you are doing a replacement like I did, but it still had its points during installation that wasn't fun, unfortunately the wiring was also on the opposite side from the old one and the new one is on the side in a cramped spot in the attic with poor accessibility so it required some prewiring of some lengths of Romex before setting it in place, so keep that in mind too if it is going to be in an area in the attic that will make the wiring hard to access. The exhaust fan works great, and is much quieter and more powerful than the one it replaced, I think the old fan was undersized as there was always still lots of moisture on the walls and ceiling and it was starting to cause mold issues (why proper CFM is important), but this one keeps the moisture in the bathroom during even a hot shower to almost nothing now. The LED light is very bright, we run the fan off a timer while we shower and many times we don't need to turn on the main lighting in the bathroom when this is on. The heater works pretty good, it seems like it is a little louder than I would have expected and noticed a slight vibration sound when it is on, but it has heat coming out almost instantly. I did an amp check with the heater on and it draws just a bit over 12A, it calls for a 20A circuit and 12 AWG wire for the heater and that's exactly what I used and pay close attention if you are going to use a timer for the heater and make sure it is rated for it.

Can't go wrong
This product works well and looks nice insulation was not too bad because I was replacing it with the same dimensions so it fit perfect. Fan is quiet and the heater gets the room toasty and the light is bright. Well worth the money.

Not a walk in the park and needs lots of patience but it is made well.
Very easily can turn into a pain in the ass situation, it took us (you need two people) 4 hours yet everything is working accordingly. Pay close attention to the wiring and remember there are three circuits within that need to be connected properly. When they put the old one in and the sheet rock was off it was easier than it will be for your replacement. The motor in this model is held in place with a sturdy metal frame a lot better than the plastic brace as in the previous discontinued model. On the good side it is nice to have a choice of the type of white light you can have.

Heater NOISY
Got as replacement for old Braun, same size for ceiling hole. While the light is great, bright & fan totally quiet, the heater while heating fine sounds like a motorcycle engine I can’t listen to music over it & husb has to yell to be heard. Had electrician who installed it back out to check, it seemed something wrong but they moved it up in the box, braced it more solidly & said that’s as quiet as it’ll be.We live in a really old bldg w little insulation, &;it’s a tiny bathroom. Not sure if those contribute to the noisiness. It’s a bummer as old heater was only slightly louder than reg fan & it was reg fan that failed leading to us getting new unit. I wish we’d tried to fix or get just a new fan flywheel. The new upgraded unit light is vast improvement over old one and reg fan is excellent. Just no idea why heater so loud but it heats up fast & well.

Bathroom fan/light/heater
QUIET!!! You can hear the fan very faintly when in use but hardly at all. The heater works great. It only takes a few minutes to heat up the bathroom, which has been great when taking our baby out of the bath so he isn't cold. The light included is also very bright. No issues or problems here!

Just what the customer wanted
Had a customer wanting to add an exhaust fan in their bathroom, but they wanted one with heat. This one fit the bill. Price was reasonable. Installation was a breeze (I’m a licensed electrician). Fan, light, and heat all worked as they should. It did not come with a thermostat, but did have the option of purchasing timer switches that worked beautifully. Very well made and not too big. Perfect for this application.

Fart fan is good
Installation was easy. It was a replacement installation as opposed to a new installation. Wiring diagram was easy and everything worked well. Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet for the amount of airflow and heater could also double as a hair dryer if it's not that long. Also has adjustable light temperature which is nice. Would definitely buy again

Works great.
Excellent product. Love the heater aspect of stepping out of shower into a room heated by the unit. Other phases work fine.
