It's decent with a couple of flaws...but I like it.
I finally received this stuffer after waiting almost two weeks for it. I ground some meat and loaded the stuffer and got to work. It's of decent quality and it seems very sturdy. However, I find two flaws (in my opinion). The first flaw is that the stuffing tubes don't have a screw on ring to keep them securely in place. There is a groove in the bottom of the stuffer that you twist the tube into. This is okay until it works itself loose and it falls off while your stuffing your casings (this happened twice while stuffing 5 lbs of meat). The other flaw is that the pusher plate inside of the tube isn't quite snug enough to the insides of the cylinder to keep the meat from squishing out between and onto the top of the pusher plate. You end up with at least a quarter to half pound of meat on top of the plate before you empty the cylinder. Other than those two issues, It worked fine. The meat came out at a regular, steady pace with little effort and it was easy to clean.Update: September 19, 2017...I used this stuffer for the second time and had the same problem with the meat squishing out around the pusher plate. My husband suggested to add a little bit more water to the meat mixture even though the recipe didn't call for it. We figured it couldn't hurt, it would only make smoking time longer, so we tried. The water made a big difference and we didn't experience the problem again. However, a third flaw that I should have mentioned in the first review is that there is 1/2 pound (i weighed it) of meat that is not pushed down. So, you have to either discard it or fry it up in a pan. However, since most of the meat mixture is kind of heavily salted per the recipes that I use, the fried up extra meat is very very salty to the taste buds. I've been arguing with myself whether to return this or not because I'm not really 100% pleased with it, however, it's a lower priced option compared to the next price level which I really don't want to spend. I'm not a professional sausage maker so I guess it'll suffice for the occasional sausage making that I do. But if you plan on heavily using a sausage stuffer, I would definitely recommend going with a more expensive brand.Another update: September 21, 2017...I started out with a 3 star rating and I have dropped it to 2 star. It's now my third time using this. The tube fell off four times. Last time it happened twice with 5 pounds of meat. This time...four times with 5 pounds of meat. I don't know if the tube is getting damaged from slipping out. I hate to do this but I am going to return it and bite the bullet on a more expensive one. I'm heavily using it right now because sausage making is new to me and I'm excited about trying new recipes. I'm sure I won't be using it this much when the newness of sausage making wears off but I don't want to worry about the tube falling off again.

Well built product with an important exception
I have made approximately 2000 sausages with this product. Every thing about it seems to be solidly built, with the exception of the horn. The horn does not fully seat into position, and constantly needs to be tightened; or it will come loose in the middle of stuffing your sausage. If this were fixed, and the horn was able to be better secured, the product would be perfect. But alas, itโs only ok.

Good Stuffer for the price. Wish the tubes actually fit the body and could lock in place
I put off writing this for a while to get a few batches of sausage under my belt and have a better sense that the issues were not user error. Overall I like the stuffer. It does a great job for my small-ish batches of sausage and salami. I wish that it didn't leave so much unused meat at the bottom, but I don't know how that compares with other stuffers. Instead my main issue is with the provided tubes. They don't seem to match the fitting on the suffer. Whereas the tubes have a sloped ridge which would indicate that it should get tighter as you twist, the fitting on the stuffer is flat, so it looks like you need something that twists a quarter turn and stops. Not sure I'm explaining this right, and I'll try to add pictures, but basically the tube does not lock into place so I frequently need to re-attach it while stuffing, which is hard when everything is wet and covered in sausage meat.I've taken to cutting the side of the tube a bit to see if I can get it to fit better, but so far no luck.If someone has replacement tubes, or a better way to attach these, I'd love to hear it.

Great Sausage maker !!
I have a large 50 pound electric machine and when I am done, the leftover meat in the chamber is around 1.5pounds. This little machine is perfect for finishing off a batch and even if I just want to make a quick smaller batch. The machine works perfectly and makes great sausage. The mount works well and even though I have seen some reviews that say the machine is flimsy, I generally take care when using my equipment and make sure not to force it. If you look after it, take care when using it and not manhandle it like an idiot, it will serve you well. I make several different types of sausage and even on the thinnest tube, I have had no problems and have made many batches of both thick sausage and thin sausage and the machine still works perfectly. It is also very easy to clean and store. Great little machine for small batches from 3 to 12 pounds.

Fabulous Product
I've only used it once but I see no reason not to give this a five star rating. It appears to be well manufactured from high quality materials. Its design is sturdy and easy to use . The clamp held firmly to the table, the crank to stuff the sausage operated smoothly evenly dispensing the sausage. As with any stuffing equipment, a portion of the sausage is left behind unless something is used to push through whatever is left in the machine. Chopped celery works, when the celery exits the filler tube you have used all of the sausage. Assembly, disassembly and cleanup was very easy. I look forward to years of experimenting with all kinds of sausage making, both traditional and experimental. Maybe something like a Korean Teriyaki with Garlic and Sesame.

Not bad, my first time making sausage and I decided ...
Not bad, my first time making sausage and I decided to get this machine. I wish the attachment to secure to table was bigger because it neither fit my butcher block nor my counter, I had to bring in another table to use.The plunger also does not push out all the meat in the chamber, so I had to take it out and stuff the rest by hand which was a pain. Would be helpful if they included a tool to push out the meat by hand. Other than that, a neat tool for a first time sausage maker!
