Incredible for any form of run (base, tempo, interval, speed)
-extremely comfortable, no digging, nothing jiggles, no fear of anything falling out-front deflatable water bottle that shrinks as you drink with easy access-key zipper above-fantastic phone pocket with clear screen for song changing, volume adjustment, etc. This pocket flips open if you need to mess with your phone and easily Velcro and buttons back up (look at posted images/video)-velcro pocket above phone that can hold gels, key, cash, gum sticks-mesh large pocket on backside for towel, bottle, energy packs, etc.-EXTREME COMFORT-Holds everything secure but not tight on bodyI am 5 ft 6 and 128 lbs for reference. The adjustable sides worked great for me. Tightened as much as possible (one size fits all)I have training all forms of runs. No issues with fast pace, sprints, hills, marathon, etc.Ignore every negative review for this product. I don’t have a single complaint or concern. Works great for long runs
I took it on a 14 mile run the day it was delivered. It fits nice and snug, but it did become a little loose as it got sweaty. The upper part is not adjustable, but it never became an issue. The bottle was nice, as it shrunk as I drank water. The extra tiny storage pockets are great for my energy gels and electrolyte capsules/chews. The phone pouch is big enough to fix my s24 ultra. I'm not sure how long the velcro is going to last on it, but I love the added button to alleviate some of the velcro wear from bouncing with a phone in it. Also, being able to look at my phone through the clear pouch is another major plus. I hand washed it afterwards and it dried by the next morning. 10 out of 10, I'd buy this again.

Great overall, just a few minor things....
Got this the other day and went out for my first run with it today. I did 6 miles with it and it was a pretty good experience. One thing I liked about it was the snug fit. I'm 6' and about 170 pounds. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the straps and it fit perfectly. It didn't bounce around or move when I was running so that was a big plus for me. I also enjoyed the phone holder. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and it fit in the pocket with a case on with plenty of room remaining. Something else I liked about the phone pocket was that you can use the phone still with it in the pocket. The weight of the vest is balanced and it didn't feel like I was wearing anything super bulky.Something I didn't like the most about it was the water pouch. It is nice that it comes with one, but there are several things I didn't enjoy about it. Firstly, it's pretty difficult to get a drink out of it. I have used the same type of drink top on a camelback pack and it is much easier to drink out of. Also, not a lot comes out of it at a time when you do get a drink. Im sure that you could drink it while running but it seems like it would be very awkward to do so. I was stopped each time that I drank out of it and still struggled with it. Another thing about the water bottle is the way that it moves when you're running with it. Now only doing 6 miles, I didn't need to drink a lot of water so it stayed pretty full. It does bounce around a good amount and even with headphones in I could hear the water sloshing around. Not a deal breaker but just some things to be aware of with the water pouch. The weight of it full of water made me feel like it was going to be weird to run with. Having my phone on one side and the water on the other the weight was distributed pretty evenly so it wasn't as bad as I was thinking. The pockets that it has on the straps are nice, but aren't really that big to hold anything extra. You can fit a key FOB in there. A gel pouch does fit in there if you sorta scrunch it up but it doesn't seem like they are designed for pouches. There is some storage on the back of the vest but it isn't something that you can access will you are running or wearing it. It would have to be removed while you're stopped in order to get anything out of it.Overall it's a great vest for the price. If your main purpose for buying this is having a water pouch, then I would look for different solutions. It fits nice, it breaths well, and it is a good vest for longer runs. It does have some minor flaws but for the price you aren't going to find a much better option.

Easy to wear - safe at night with reflective strips
Just pop this on like an ordinary vest - it has a zip in the front and pockets to hold phone, keys and small water - I feel seen and safe. it's so light and easy to wear.

Love it!
I absolutely love this running vest. I use it every time I jog so I don’t have to carry my phone and car keys in my pocket while I run. It’s lightweight and worth it!! Durable to carry a 16.9 oz water bottle.

Vest is good quality, water bottle is worthless
The vest is very well made, out of what appears to be perforated neoprene. The stitching looks very well done. The vest was very tight. i ordered what i believe was a medium/large but it felt pretty tight (nothing in the packaging indicated the size) and I am not a heavy person. the phone pocket is very good and keeps the phone accessible. I thought is was a very good value for the vest and water bottle. The water bottle is the problem. The cap is cheaply made and the bite valve needs a bigger hole (i could hardly pull water through it during the jog. you need to pull up on the valve to allow flow but i could not pop it up without wedging a screwdriver under the lip and prying it up. the protective cap has the tiniest plastic loop and basically appears to be ready to break off at any time. I chose this particular model for the accessible water bottle and the water bottle detracts from would otherwise be a pretty nice running vest. So i am sending it back. I considered buying a water bladder as there is pretty large pocket on the back but could not find one that looked like a good fit. The vest is a solid 4, maybe a 5. The water bottle is a minus 2. i also believe that the vest would be better in cooler climate due to the neoprene. it was a little warm for our hot and humid weather.
