We ordered this apple iphone 13 refurbished as we didn't want to pay for a brand new phone for our son. We ordered an excellent condition phone (top grade refurbished). When recieved it was in superb condition. We couldn't see a single mark on it. Works perfectly still 1 month after purchase, so writing this review. It was literally brand new. So pleased with the purchase. Great seller and comes with Amazon protection.

Very prompt service. The device I bought was an iPhone 13 excellent quality phone can’t fault it.The phone was a replacement for my older version iPhone so easily switched from one to the other 10min to transfer data between phones transferred the SIM card and up and running.

Phone died after 4 months. Returned and they would not replace, insisted on repair.Repaired with non-Apple battery with no battery health functionality and eratic performance from day 1.If you buy one and it fails in warranty - insist on replacement not repair

Phone came in perfect condition with not a single scratch. Battery health on 100%. Also came with charger, case and cable. Delivery was fast and packaged well. Set up was very easy and so far, no issues. Recommended seller.Update: phone and data signal became poor which pointed to an antenna issue. Phone sent back and refunded, but I had to pay the £9 special delivery cost, so out of pocket. Communication was great though.
