Perfect Solution for the "Key Gremlin" !!!! Highly Recommend
This key box is the perfect size for residential or small business use! Love the numbered tabs... and they even included a paper index sheet for reference. I added adhesive paper labels on the plastic tabs so I could ID each key in addition to the index sheet. A Sharpie pen would work, but I'm OCD and permanent markers scare me.Solid construction, sturdy piano style hinge, and easy to mount. Pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. I personally am not utilizing the combo lock feature, but that is a bonus for a business setting. Please note the direction of the door swing. I would have preferred an opposite swing, but it wasn't critical for my mounting location.

The lock didin't last
The lock on this safe no longer works with very minimal use.I do not recommend this product.

Convenient
We used this for our work truck keys. It does the job, I like the key tabs.

Don't pull the plastic tab out.
There is a long plastic tab but nothing in the directions telling you what to do with it. After pulling it out the code pad will not work and now have to use the key only. Mounting was not a problem. It would have been better for the 5 directors to have access to the box of homeowner's keys.
