Works as expected. Glass is thin. So be very careful when handling. Only hand wash, gently. The glass seems to be painted silver to create the mirror finish. It mirrors nicely but smudges easily.

I got this as I'm back in a cubical office and can't stand people approaching me from behind. This helps me to see movement through peripheral vision. I have tea and hard candies stored inside of it. It is fragile like a typical vase-like object. The larger side is perfect to get more field of vision for movement.

It's design is nice, planter or treat dish. But it's shape makes it difficult to really use it for looking behind you unless it's in just the right spot elevated, and closer to you so it's large enough to see and positioned just right to not have to move your head too much to catch the rear a my particular cubicle space. I kept it for the idea and to keep searching for the right location for me.. It's worth a try. Packaged well and quality is good

This product is a great way to have a something to look behind you without being super obvious.

I bought one big and one small together, both of them were made in glass. Here are defects of them: 1. their surface are not perfect sphere but have reflection distorted zones in the waist region, which will affect observing eye level objects.2. Both of them have reflecting materials layered inside, without protections. Both of them have some small defects (got peered off and be transparent) at box opening.I am not confident they could last long if pens or sharp things keep scratching inside when in daily usage.
