Had soldier surgery last Friday, this thing is a life saver I know the ice box is great but this allows you to have ice therapy and mobility.i ordered two and just rotate them thru the freezer so theres always a cold one. Easy to wear and extremely comfortable the cool therapy last about 30 minutes at a time! I highly recommend this product!

I've had a shoulder replacement and need ice pack after therapy. This is so much better than a regular ice pack. It's very comfortable and you can actually get up and do things. With the velcro straps keeping it place it's very convenient. It's so lightweight you don't even notice it's on.

Cold last long time. Folds and stores nicely in the freezer. Love the straps to secure onto shoulder. I have a hard time wrapping the strap around my arm but I eventually get it. Post surgery makes it harder to do that. I would still buy this one because of its quality design and performance.

My hubby had rotator cuff surgery on the 20th. We have a bladder ice pack and it just wasn't helping, so I ordered this with hopes it will. Received as stated at check out. It is as seen in seller photos as well as read in sellers description. I want to start by saying 5 stars as this ice pack fits over the shoulder, up to the neck and partially down the arm. So it covers very nicely. The gel filled pack forms excellent to all areas mentioned above. All it takes is to put the ice pack in the freezer for about 10 to 15 minutes and it's ready for use. It's light weight so there's no heavy pressure on the rotator cuff area. Works beautifully as it helps ease the swelling and helps temporarily on the pain. The velcro straps. We tried to use, but the part that goes over the head and under the arm pit doesn't adjust fully so it's pretty tight. So we don't use that part of the ice pack. FYI, if it was manufactured with a snap clasp type of connection, it would allow for easy adjusting and fit. With not having to go over the head, through the arm and under the pit area. Overall this product, so far, is a Must have for anyone who is going to have surgery or has pain.

This doesn't fit very well, and isn't comfortable. I had bought one that was built of cubes, and it was very comfortable, but it's not here. This one seemed to look more serviceable. It's not. It doesn't form well to the shoulder, doesn't stay cold as long, and isn't comfortable at all. I think the stars cover it well, it isn't comfortable, doesn't fit well, and stays cold for about 20 minutes. I'll use this one but if it needs to be replaced it will be replaced by the cubed version.

This has been AMAZING for my Torn Rotator Cuff. I store it in the freezer and It is quick and easy to put on.. The pain had been so bad my sleep was disrupted most every night, usually about 3 am but sometimes when I used the arm too much, I couldn't sleep at all.. I refused surgery as it was risky, but with physical therapy, my tens unit and this ice pack, I can finally sleep through the night. Pain level down from 8-9 to 3. If you can't do physical therapy, talk to your doctors & find some online exercises for torn rotator cuff.

Very good ice pack wrap for the shoulder. It stays very cold for over 30 min from frozen. If you let it sit out for around 5 min before use, the ice gel is far more flexible. For most uses a 20 min duration is what’s required. It stands to reason that use times would change if you use the ice in warm/hot ambient room temperatures. The value is good. For a larger person it covers the shoulder from the neck to the upper arm nicely. It stays in place if you use the large strap correctly across the chest and under the opposite arm. Not around the neck. The pack is well filled and on the heavier side. Here are my cons after multiple uses. The arm strap can be difficult to use on your own. That part could have been designed a lot better. You may need help fastening it. The ice can be so cold that it caused a redness on my shoulder over my t-shirt. So I use a thin towel in between the ice and my shirt. It would have been nice to have some cloth padding built in like the small pack I received from the hospital.
