This label printer is an amazing, essential item for anyone who either runs a business, or who sends a lot of parcels from home. It completely cuts out the need for a visit to the post office, and allows postage labels to be printed from home at a cheaper price, making it more cost effective and efficient (meaning this item will essentially pay for itself over time). It is a very compact item, so it can fit into any home office no matter the size without getting in the way.Setting up the label printer for use is extremely quick and easy, as it only requires it to be plugged into a socket and then turned on from the machine and it's ready to go. Feeding the labels into the machine is also a really quick and easy task, and the machine will automatically line the label up to the right position if the on button is clicked when it flashes red. As the machine prints using heat instead of ink, it is very cost effective, and requires no ink refills, saving on time, maintenance and cost.The app that the label printer runs off of is very quick and easy to use, and the app is clean, simple and uncluttered. This makes printing the labels really hassle free. I can't find a single fault with this item, it's a really useful tool for postage, and an extremely great value for money item.

I bought this to use primarily for shipping labels and it does everything I need. A small sampler pack of labels is included. One slight slip-up is that the labels say to insert face-down whereas actually they need to be face-up.You can use fan-fold or roll labels for longer print jobs, do bear in mind there is no label-holder included so you'll either need a bit of desk/table space to lay everything out or to purchase an accessory for this purpose. You can also just feed single labels if you're only printing a small job.The Jadens app pairs easily with the printer and lets you crop, resize, and select part of a document to print. If your document is in another app such as your emails, you can simply use the Share function to pass it to the Jadens app for printing. I did this on my iPhone and it really couldn't have been simpler.You can use any generic labels for this printer so whilst it does have a higher upfront cost than some other brands, the labels themselves cost pennies.One caveat: If you're a Mac user you can only connect the device by USB cable (included, as well as USB-C adapter) and you need to download drivers online. As the software was not security-signed by Apple I needed to use terminal commands to unlock them for use. If you're not confident with this, stick to using it with your phone or tablet via Bluetooth.

Works well for the most part. Easy to setup and connect to devices. Have used on many parcels without issue but for some reason there are certain courier labels that are unable to be scanned when collected by the courier. Overall its a great gadget for saving costs on ink as there is no need to buy refills. The colour of the ink is dark and clear. We have also used it for labelling other items around the house and in the car. The compact design is easy to store. I would recommend a thermal printer any day and will try changing print settings to see if that helps with the scanning issue.

Excellent thermal printer, which I'm using for labels on Vinted. It comes with a label holder, and can hold either flat labels or labels that are on a roll which is really handy. Easy to set up and print!

Not too good. Always having issues with it. It's either very slow and loud or not printing correctly.Bought it to use with my laptop via Bluetooth and it keeps getting disconnected all the time and I have to be reinstalling everything. Even then it doesn't alway work. Waste of time and money.I bought a second one as I needed something asap, hoping that I just got a faulty one the first time but even more issues with the second one. The customer service at Jadens is quite responsive but the only thing they ever tell you is to keep restarting the printer which doesn't really help

I was very apprehensive about how difficult it would be to print vinted labels. I need not have worried, within a few minutes if unboxing I'd printed my first three labels, super easy.Printer is fast, print quality is spot on. The size of the printer is just perfect and the label holder was easy to set up too and is an added bonus.I would highly recommend this printer 5*
