Had them before they are Perfect and work.

They work and taste ok, but the instructions suggest taking 6 a day which is a mad amount to me and would mean you run out very quickly. I did not take 6 a day but could see some effect anyway

I rely on it to help with my digestive issues.

These chews are more convenient, but you are supposed to take 6 a day - 3 in the AM and another 3 in the PM. With only 60 chews in the bottle they only last 10 days. They are much more convenient than the powder, but they cost £5 on average. Sticking to the powder sachets.

These are a great alternative to the sachets when you're on the move or somewhere it's not convenient to make up a fybogel drink. I quite like the taste. They're like big crunchy, chalky sweets with a nice orange flavour. Note you take 3 at a time. The only downside is the cost.

They good keeps your stomach in good order.
