These NEENCA knee braces are amazing! I bought them to use during my workouts and they’ve made a huge difference. This is the perfect knee brace once you get the right size. According to the fit instructions, I would have needed to use a large (thigh 20.5"). But, once I got the large and tried it on, it fit my thigh perfectly, but was too loose at my knee (my knees are fairly small). Then I ordered this brace in medium and even though it is a tad tight on my thigh, it's started to loosen up after wearing it for a few hours and is now very comfortable, and it really compresses my knee so that I have perfect stability. I initially had an ACL repair in the 1990s and that knee has been super stable with lots of hiking through mountains, most spectacularly, through the Himalayas. But, I recently fell and I reinsured that knee, had X-rays, but haven't had a MRI (I'm trying not to have to get one). So, I'm hoping my knee is just sprained or strained and it will heal if I give it time and protect it. And this knee brace seems absolutely perfect in every way. I tried probably 6 other types of brace but this brace is the best for me. I use another less restrictive brace for when I cycle as I need more mobility for my knees end less restriction (no side stabilizers in that one).

Okay I’m not sure why a lot of people say to size down on this product lol. I’m 5’3, about 116lbs, and ordered a small (my normal size) and it’s crazy tight!!! I mean maybe that’s the point though, it’s definitely supportive. It’s just really hard to get on and off at first bc of how snug it fits. Hopefully it loosens up a bit over time. As far as the effectiveness, I just got it today so I’ve only had it on for about 6 hrs but so far it has been really helpful in managing my knee pain. I recently did something to my knee — not sure if meniscus, ligament sprain, bursitis, or what, still waiting on the MRI results — so I can’t say definitively that it’s helpful for a certain condition, I just know I was completely immobile from the pain before, but this brace allows me to at least get around the house and take my dog outside without feeling too much pain or discomfort. Only giving 4 stars based on my limited time with the brace thus far, the fit, and the fact that I don’t have a specific diagnosis to confirm its efficacy yet.

These knee braces are amazing! They offer excellent support, reduce pain, and stay perfectly in place even during long days. The gel pad around the kneecap feels very comfortable, and the compression really helps with stability. Great quality and totally worth it

Work well. Good support. Metal does come through after alot of use but, work and feel good.

So I bought a pair of these over a year ago, they were almost perfect, but they REALLLLLY helped with my knee soreness from doin 20+ miles a day outside marching as a mailman. Wore em almost every day the entire winter last year managed to wear em out by spring. The only thing that began to happen was they'd slide down or up a bit when I got into and out of whatever I was driving that day. It was fine though. Tbey fixed it with the new model by adding a small rubber strip around the top and bottom of the cuffs on the inside, however.... this causes it to trap moisture and rubs on the skin, and i found out the hard way after i couldnt take it any more and needed a new pair and what felt at first like the normal tight fabric feel was actually blisters around my legs where the rubber on the insides of the cuffs that are supposed to keep them from traveling up and down your legs. I can say they did their job, a bit too well actually. If you're getting these for a seditary job, they'll do the trick, if you're active these will not work for you and may give you blisters.

Been having right knee issues recently and this sleeve really helps with giving my knee the firm stability I need when I’m walking. Firm comfy fit. So far I’ve had no issues with the sleeve riding down my leg. Seems like a good high quality product.

Size runs small, other than that, it works great. Really supports my knee. Do not machine wash or put in dryer. Hand wash and do not twist to dry it break down the wires...just follow the directions. Will last a long time. I bought two because it will take a couple of days to dry.

Ajuste perfecto, refuerza muy bien rodillas. La utilizo para ejercitarme o bien actividades de trabajo. Tengo lesión en rodilla y me ha ayudado mucho utilizarla.

Viene muy bien super cómodas y me ayudan mucho para mi rodilla.
