My doctor recommended this and I have found that it works just fine. He said it’s very safe and if I become very constipated I could even double the dose. At first I noticed a very slight thickening of the drink I mixed it in (I’ve used several juices, milk, eggnog) but now I don’t notice any thickening at all. It has no flavor. For me he said I should use it every day for it to work consistently. But from time to time I skip a day. Easy to recommend.
