Works Well in the Midwest Summers
I’ve bought Repel Sportsman Max Insect Repellent in bulk several times now for my construction crew, and it’s definitely become a go-to for us. The guys are often working in wooded areas or near standing water where the bugs can get pretty aggressive, especially in the summer. This spray does a solid job keeping mosquitoes and other bugs off without needing constant reapplication. It goes on fairly clean—not too greasy—and while the smell is a little strong at first, it wears off quickly. Overall, it holds up well during long outdoor shifts, which is exactly what we need. What I like most is that it just works without much hassle. We've tried a few different brands over the years, and this one has gotten the best feedback from the crew. A couple of them even ask if we have more when we start running low, so that says something. It’s not overly fancy or full of hype—it just does its job and holds up throughout the day. For outdoor work like ours, that’s about all you can ask for.

IT'S FUN TO SEE THE LITTLE BUGS RUN
POEM FROM A FLEA'S POINT OF VIEWOnce there lived a little flea."I love to bite people," said he."They itch with pain," he continued with glee."But, there's something that I really hatethat leaves me feeling cold" said he, shaking from a very important date."And what is that" you say?It is Repel Insect Repellent spray.FROM MY POINT OF VIEWAnd, that, my friend is a small price to pay,For peace of mind from a flea infested day.I have a flea infestation in my backyard apartment patio. I think that the people who lived here previously had a dog with fleas, who refused to obey their eviction notice. And, consequently, everytime I went outside to enjoy my patio hobbies I was covered with flea bites - some bites becoming infected including blood poisoning.I had a professional pest exterminator come out and spray my yard with poisonous spray. But, the flea bites continued. So, I ordered Repel Insect Repellent Spray and I have not been bitten again with these horrendous flea bites.I highly recommend Repel Insect Repellent spray for prevention of flea and other insect bites. This spray really works. Five Stars.

Great price for what you need...
It's DEET. Unfortunately, it's still the best bug spray around. There are others that are less abrasive to plastics, less smelly, more organic, but they don't work as well, and I've tried them all, every place from Patagonia to Alaska to Newfoundland. This is the most generic and cheapest version, which works as good as anything, and it's a great price. And if you're wondering, the worst place I've ever seen them is in Labrador (Canada). They were so thick that they blanketed the screens on the windows by morning. Another strong contender is northern British Columbia. You could hear them saying "All I want is just a drop of your blood, and you have sooo much".

Works Great
Repel 40% DEET really does the trick repelling black flies, mosquitoes, and other biting insects. Yes, it's oily, but the "dry" types of repellent don't have as much DEET and aren't as effective for me. I'm a bug magnet, so I appreciate having something I can apply to keep them at bay. The cans will spray upside-down as well as right-side-up, convenient!
