I love this thing and you can use it anywhere including massaging your lower spine wher my L5 S1 hurts and it helps out. No you don’t buy this to hammer out muscle pain but it sure does one hell of a job no matter where you apply the pressure with this product.i want to give 6 stars because 5 isn’t just good enough.

Very useful facial massager
Tis facial massager feels so good on my face! I leave it in the fridge and in the morning, I spritz my face with water, pull out my cool massager and it wakes me up and refreshes me for the day at the same time. It is made of all metal, and the weight of the massager is well balanced in my hand as I smooth it over my face. I am very glad I bought it. I think the groves in it help to give a better massage.

Stay cold even when it’s not in the fridge, which is amazing.
I love how cold this is without it even being in the refrigerator and honestly it’s just so relaxing to use and part of my daily routine. Also love that it like isn’t gonna harbor bacteria like plastic.

I was looking for a Gua Sha tool for facial contour massage and came across this set....it immediately appealed to me because I had recently broken a facial roller (made of rose quartz) by knocking off of my vanity and on to the tile floor. The facial massage roller was just an added plus!Much to my surprise, I love both of them so much being stainless steel because I can’t break them!.... but they are much cooler to the touch than the stone ones!....also the roller massager is really well designed and super effective!....I actually like it better than the Gua Sha I had set out to purchase in the first place!
